Final pricing, timelines, materials, and project scope may change based on site conditions, measurements, customer requests, material availability, labor requirements, permitting requirements, weather, or other factors.
A project is not final until confirmed in writing by WolfRock Property Services and accepted by the customer. Additional work, changes in scope, or unforeseen conditions may result in additional charges.
3. Scheduling and Timelines
We make reasonable efforts to meet scheduled appointment times and project timelines. However, timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing. Weather, material delays, access issues, customer changes, subcontractor availability, and other factors may affect scheduling.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, property information, project details, and access to the property as needed. Customers are also responsible for notifying WolfRock Property Services of underground utilities, irrigation systems, property boundaries, HOA requirements, permits, easements, pets, access restrictions, or other conditions that may affect the project.
5. Payments
Payment terms, deposits, progress payments, and final balances will be provided in the applicable quote, invoice, agreement, or written communication. Failure to make required payments may result in delays, suspension of work, collection efforts, or cancellation of services.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers should contact WolfRock Property Services as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment or project. Cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, and refund terms may vary depending on the project and will be handled according to the written agreement, quote, invoice, or communication between the customer and WolfRock Property Services.
7. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By opting in to receive text messages from WolfRock Property Services, you agree to receive marketing and/or non-marketing text messages from WolfRock Property Services at the phone number you provide.
